DigitSpan (“the app”) is a memory training app. This policy explains what data the app handles, why, and how you can delete it.
Your training history, settings, streaks and statistics are stored locally on your device. If you never use online features, this data does not leave your device except as described under “Usage analytics” below.
Online features (leaderboards, duels with friends, cloud backup) require a small amount of data on our server:
The app sends basic usage events (such as “session finished”), the app version, the platform (Android/iOS) and error reports to our own server. We use this only to understand how the app is used and to fix bugs. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, and the app does not show ads.
We use the data only to provide the features described above. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties, except service providers that host our server infrastructure, or when required by law. Google Sign-In is provided by Google and is subject to Google’s privacy policy.
Server data is stored on cloud infrastructure located in the Russian Federation. All communication between the app and the server is encrypted (HTTPS).
You can permanently delete your cloud account, leaderboard entries and synced data at any time in the app: Settings → Delete account. Data stored locally is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data. You can also request deletion using the developer contact email listed on the app’s Google Play page.
The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
We may update this policy. The current version is always available at this address, with the date of the last update shown above.
Questions about this policy: please use the developer contact email listed on the DigitSpan page in Google Play.
